Ordering
All orders are submitted through the site via Paypal. When you have finished with your order, please click on the checkout button and follow the instructions for Paypal.
If you have a special request for a custom order, or would like me to adjust a design please email me to discuss it further.
Delivery
All in stock items are dispatched within one working day of cleared funds via Royal Mail first class Post. If you require a recorded or insured delivery please indicate this upon checkout for an extra charge. You will be informed via email when your item has been dispatched.
Custom orders take up to 7 working days to complete depending on demand and are posted within one working day of completion. You will be informed via Email when your order has been completed and again when it has been dispatched.
Postage and Packing
My prices have 3 bands depending on the weight and size. I
£1, £2.50 and £3.
I also offer a discount on multiple purchases. Orders over £50 come with free P&P
Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your oder, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss a return or adjustment. Should you decide to return your item, please return it unworn and with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene purposes I cannot accept any pierced earrings unless there is a fault. A full refund will be given minus delivery costs. Please ensure you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for all items to ensure I receive it. Any returns do not affect your statutory rights.
